She went above and beyond in several ways to make sure we were happy with our final decision and guiding us through the steps to closing and getting our home ready to move in.

We came from out of state looking to relocate to the northern Houston area. From our first interaction we felt comfortable that she knew what we wanted and wasn't just trying to make a quick sell. Unfortunately after a week of us actually being able to shop and look in person we had to fly back home. Did that stop her from continuing the search? No! She kept us fully up to date with new listing and was able to provide us with virtual tours. We made an offer on a house sight unseen other than over the phone because of the confidence we have. It wasn't the easiest closing but Kathy was there the entire time keeping us updated and sharing our frustrations while advocating for us to get into our new home.
